We currently have our online store. However, we do offer mobile services which give you the convenience of applications at the comfort of your preferred location. Travel fees will be additional.

All of our products are botanical (plant based ingredients), and/or use synthetic only fibres. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping. Transit time is typically 5-10 days. If your order is on back order, shipping may take a bit longer than normal. We will do our best to keep you informed with shipping and tracking times.

You can find our products at our Burlington distributor salon. With two locations, Define Hair Design carries most of our collections year round. We are slowly expanding, so be sure to follow us on our social media platforms for up to date news and announcements.

We apologize if you are no longer able to find your favourite product. We often may sell out and have back orders. On occasion, we also may discontinue products in order to make room for new launches, as well as ensuring our offerings feature the latest trends and fads. 

We will exchange a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. There are no refunds. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. 

We will be more than happy to exchange a product damaged upon delivery. With proof of shipping damage within the first 48 hours, we will happily send you a new one.

Desiderio Beauty understands that circumstances can change. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to service time. However, if a service booking has been made with a deposit, that payment is non-refundable.
